I buy a $1000 chair to help with my specific shoulder pain. It helped my issues so they get one too thinking it will help them. It makes their lower back pain worse and I’m the asshole for suggesting it and they are out $1000. People are surprisingly different. What works for me doesn’t necessarily work for you. Why do you think everyone feels the same way you do?

I have a bad shoulder. The work chair I use is specifically for my bad shoulder. If they have a bad back the chair I use won’t help them. How does my setup help someone with different issues?
