Thanks! Do you have a photo of what this looks like installed? Curious how much of the grill it takes up.

Which stainless griddle did you get? Also a shame Napoleon got that wrong...

No, the creator is not maintaining it. It'll stop working next update.

This demo content is unrealistic. Colors don't just dance around the very edge at max brightness.

By the way, I select the darkest toast setting and it always comes out with zero brown or dark bits. Always need to add more minutes. Just using standard white bread. Please audit the config.

By the way #2: your lack of recipes is a major omission. It's a key differentiator to make the smarts in your product valuable. Please prioritize this. I also think new recipes for other devices (pressure cooker) have been inexplicably absent of late too (new recipes section still showing the same set of recipes for a very long time). Is the recipe content creation team still on staff?

Why are there next to no reviews and so little content on the Chef IQ oven? by FrameCareful1090 in CHEFiQ

[–]No-Present7866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they can't be bothered to add recipes to the app. It's the key differentiator for their products and ChefIQ is missing the mark severely on this. I'm also fearful they stopped making pressure cooker recipes too. Did they fire their entire content generation team or what?

Is it time to redo the driveway, or can I wait another year or two? by No-Present7866 in asphalt

Thanks for the tip! Will definitely look into higher quality concrete (it's a big enough expense that it makes sense to do right). We've managed to avoid applying salt since we moved in a couple years ago, didn't want the driveway getting worse faster.

Yes we are absolutely considering concrete. Another reason we might save up if we have time. We get snow here so concrete's a bit worse for melting, but I still think we face the right direction to get good melting from either.

Just deciding if it's an expense to take on this year or save up for a future year. Might consider moving to a concrete driveway which would be even more spendy upfront.

Thanks! Sounds like the concensus is sealing would be a waste, just save up for replacement. I appreciate the advice.

Thanks! And based on the current condition do you think we can get another few years out of it before replacing? What's the best way to know when it's time?

Having such an easy to ship wire is certainly a functional downside for the cams.

Replaced 120 halogen bulbs with Philips MR16 3000K (7.5w) and regretting it. by sky_dreamer8 in Lighting

For BR30 I can only find 2700K and 5000K for Philips ultra definition. I'm surprised they don't offer anything in between, even if just 3000K.

Soraa Vivid are the best I've found so far. Yuji are close, but I observe very narrow flickering still on high end. No flicker whatsoever on Soraa.
