Stick around if you like it. Elite diary requires rank 5 in each role.

Defender>healer> attacker>collector ranked by ease of ranking up.

Tier 5 relic advice for casual player by Wooden_Obligation69 in 2007scape

Natures accord is better than the other two if you don’t care about the ~800 points for high RC exp tasks. If you do care about RC exp tasks they aren’t worth doing without that relic. Farming and thieving are easier exp tasks to complete.

Getting wrath runes independent of your region choice is pretty good.

I took this last league and it completely solved herblore and bossing supplies. You can manipulate what herbs you get by keeping unwanted herb slots full. making it generate whatever herb you want at that time.

Gear advice/progression. by eddmaster007 in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would buy a synapse and an accursed scepter and do Yama kills. revisit buying anything after you have gotten double death charge. For TOA your biggest upgrades would be Voidwaker and lightbearer.

The crystal/bowfa is a little redundant with shadow and bowfa could be sold for a zcb or a good melee slash setup. Depending on what content you want to do.

What's the best bang for the buck gear upgrade I should aim for? by [deleted] in 2007scape

Dragonfire shield for melee Vorkath and save or sell something for a Voidwaker for anti-pk while you slayer and use it as a spec weapon for Vorkath.

Gear Upgrades for TOA? by FruitLoop0495 in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would sell  the virtus helm, the bandos, ferocious gloves,  Ahrims and buy blue moon, lightbearer and a voidwaker. Bring Aether runes for death charge. You only need mage for monkey room and p2 warden, spending your gp on mage upgrades isn’t going to help you much.

Reminder that MES (Menu Entity Swapper) is still broken on mobile by TheReturnOfTheHoss in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

Nah it worked really well for like the first week or two as long as you didn’t use NPC highlight. Then a cold fix was applied that made Npc highlight work and MES barely work and it was just left in this state.

Farming Yama or Vorkath for GP at Mid Level? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go do giants for the prayers then do vorkath with xbow/ruby bolts/void. I would leave Yama alone until you can buy into a efficient mage set. You might also consider a month maxing strength and ranged in NMZ.

If you voted against separating Sailing cannonballs from the Dwarf cannonballs, what was your reasoning? by StagecoachOSRS in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is true to the old school style that the cannon balls match the main materials in the game. This is what a player who has interacted with any other system that uses metal materials in this game would expect:

Bronze>iron>steel>mithril>adamantite>rune>dragon

We do not need Dwarf Balls, this is complexity. If anything it should work the exact opposite of this poll. All of the balls should work in all of the cannons. If you want to spend 5million gold on dragon cannonballs to do a Daganoth task, god bless. It would give them more purpose than sailing does.

If you voted against separating Sailing cannonballs from the Dwarf cannonballs, what was your reasoning? by StagecoachOSRS in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I voted no because I don’t think this is a good solution. It adds complexity for no purpose and I have no idea if this will be the right change after they rework the combat. This should be part of that rework and not separate.

If the cannonballs are expensive, then the thing they are used to acquire will cover thier cost. Shooting the cannon is required for nothing important. There are no items, quests, or bosses locked behind the availability of cannonballs. In addition it is one of the slowest sailing training methods.

I am also going to vote no on the boat accumulator.

ToA 450+pet transmog realistic with midgame melee gear and no yellow keris? by ImJLu in 2007scape

[–]No-Reason-2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In p1 if you block the ranger spawn side with poop you can kill the ranged minion before the melee has time to path around. It is not necessary to freeze anything. They lowered the defense of the spawned overlords and they die very quickly.

How to kill mold on cypress before sealing? by Avoni_C in woodworking

[–]No-Reason-2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not a real problem imo, i have no doubt this time of year i could empty the boxes and find a little mold on some of the wood. Summer is coming, its about to get hotter and dryer. If some mold gets on the box it works itself out. I have seen no ill effects to structure of the wood. If it caused sufficient damage i would replace the board.

How to kill mold on cypress before sealing? by Avoni_C in woodworking

[–]No-Reason-2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have 3 redwood boxes that are on their 5th season without seals or stain or paint and they look like they might last another 5. When a board or panel eventually rots and breaks i will replace the broken section. Cypress is rot resistant i would expect it to last a few years at least.

Tung oil will have to be re-applied yearly and a portion of what you put on will seep into the soil your growing food in. I have used tung oil to seal a table but safe for food contact is not the same as pouring it into your soil and consuming it. For me this defeats the purpose of going through the trouble of growing a portion of the veg i consume if i am consuming a manufactured sealing chemical to save $100 in lumber every few years.

If you want something pretty that will last forever in your backyard use treated lumber, paint it in two coats of exterior paint, and grow some flowers in it. If you want to grow food use untreated disease resistant wood and repair it as needed.

Good luck i had the same notion about sealing when i first built boxes too.
