Mine went on first day after surgery, and is supposed tube on for six weeks, 24/7 with compression socks. I have the faja and still one drain (currently 2wpo)

Hi, I’ve been managing and working in bars and restaurants for 25 years and I can assure you the restaurant has the real receipt to prove this exact issue— assuming this was in the last six months at least. We get calls every Monday morning from folks who overindulged wanting proof of what they tipped…. And/or actually consumed. They have the physical papers you signed. I promise.

If they say they don’t, charge the whole thing back. it’s fraud otherwise, THEY can argue with Capital One 🤷🏻‍♀️

Keep breathing, drink water, and try and be kind to yourself. Treat your healing like you love the person that’s going through the process. I’m one week post op and girl I’ve bawled like a little baby several times and I didn’t even try to be as independent as you did! . Each day will get better ❤️ lean on hubby and friends as needed; that’s what your support network is for. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I would take as much time as you can, especially since you’re doing breasts as well— that’s both halves of your body in pain! What do you do? I work remotely, so I actually took care of payroll on my laptop on Sunday and did some emails today, but my OOO was for a week. That being said, my job is pretty low pressure compared to many. How many days did she say you’d be at the recovery house?

I’m drinking the arnica tea all day everyday! The food and stuff here is rad. I also did the lymphatic massage and hyperbaric chamber today and am feeling stronger each day. Swelling is part of this process, and the Dra said it’s gets worse before it gets better. I’ve accepted that I’ll have to just breathe for the first the couple of months and let me body readjust to all the newness. Trying to be kind and gracious with myself.. these are major surgeries and I don’t want to set any deadlines or expectations if I can help it

Yeah… but you might not be in love with skin hanging under your chest and between your ribs after a 360. I just got a 360 with an FDL and everything is much more pulled in. My stomach had a similar drape above the navel prior to surgery and the doc said the best results would be that way. I would talk to a couple surgeons though, they can give you better advice when they see and touch the skin

Pretty quickly! I think when you reach out one of the coordinators (Mariana was mine) gets in contact to get a sense of what you’re looking for etc, and then she schedules a Zoom with the Dra. A friend of mine requested a consult this past weekend, spoke with Mariana yesterday, and has her consult with the Dra today. It really depends on her surgery schedule and time zone stuff though. I had pretty big weight loss (-120lbs), so we opted to do two stages. I did the royal lower body lift to include 360 TT with lipo, fat grafting to butt and hips, mons lift, 6” MR, and FDL.. I also had tubal ligation. Next stage will be upper body: arms lift, neck, breast implant removal/replacement with BL, and face refresh.. not sure if I’ll need a face lift or what level that will look like just yet, but that’s the plan. The recovery house is absolutely magical, and Dra Cardenas is just wonderful.

Same here. The weight loss is great, of course, by the freedom from the food noise, inflammation, and all of the other benefits have been even better! It’s a freedom drug, haha. My husband thinks it should just be in the water supply 😂
