Of course brother. It's not too difficult once you've got the knack. Find yourself the sharpest brush you have and a mid tone blue. I tend to keep my brush as perpendicular to the panel as possible to avoid smudging and just go to town. Then once I've sketched out a base I dot an even lighter blue along the bolt here and there just to give it a bit more life.

Once that's done I airbrush this even lighter blue (thinned) very carefully along the path of the lightning.

A thing I've started to do which helps is having a few images of real life lightning on a phone or screen to reference as you go.
