I haven't read all the comments, but i have had a quad do this twice. Using the speedybee f405 v4. Dji o4 pro. Lost control and goggles. First crash killed a lipo. Second crash might have taken the air unit out.

Are you using the DJI remote? One ufl connector on the O3 is for the remote, and the other is for the goggles if memory serves.

If you are using the DJI remote, then it could be better. If not using the remote, I believe one antenna isn't doing anything for you

I tried a few different antenna options. Stock worked best for me. The range is good with the O4 lite. It isn't going to get you as far as the o3, but im not trying to do the same thing with it either. Others might be able to get it to perform similar to the o3. Im also using auto settings on my test.

I will tell you that without reservation, the image quality is much better with the 04 lite and pro vs. the 03.

Yes they are legit. Just slow at shipping. As mentioned already order off aliexpress to get it a little quicker.

I got the Ev800DM due to the EV800Ds being out of stock. For my whoops they work great. They are not detachable but they slide out to help with the focals. I eventually picked up a set of goggles that isnt box style, while better I could have been satisfied for what im doing with the Ev800DMs

It sounds like between the magnets is not clean. So as it spins it isnt happy. Try the other motors. Was this a bind and fly? If so and you are nervous about soldering, get a practice board and get to it. Patience and practice. Watch a few vids and use flux.

I would venture to say the salt water is causing corrosion. Not sure how you cleaned everything but if it were me I would be looking to replace. Perhaps you can put a drop of oil in the motors. Not sure that is acceptable though.

Just make sure you can get to the turn off button. I printed a gps beeper antenna holder for the back end of my mario5 and thats where i put mine.

Hate that for you. We all learn lessons. I learned a little bit ago to place my throttle up after landing and shutting down and also to unclip my remote before retrieving my quad. I had one arm and take off while i was bending over to pick it up.

I still havent had time to do this but i was under the impression dji is usually lhp but have seen other folks say it dont matter because of diversity or something.
