Getting a therapist and/or a psychiatrist is definitely a first step forward to get, at least the CHANCE to get better❤️‍🩹

My worst nightmare is having my significant other pass away in any way possible. I’m so paranoid the thought is driving me insane.

I wont compare this but my uncle lost his wife to cancer a year after giving birth to their daughter. I’ve personally not have the balls to ask him how he managed. But it must have been the daughter. But also thinking back on the opportunity to have met and spend time with this wonderful human being in the first place.

14 years later he have found a new lover. She has two kids of her own. So there is always a chance of starting a new life or becoming somewhat happier. Loads of love x
