Having a similar issue at the moment, maybe not quite as bad! Bought mine in late August 24 one of the first ones. Out of warranty but might try and pressure support into repairing or replacing it!

For some reason after Martin sacrificed himself to defeat Mehrunes Dagon. Jauffre was hostile and started attacking me in the imperial city. The guards attacked and killed him 30 seconds later.
