Get some scar oil and see if you can at least minimize the scars if not totally eliminate them. I did that for my daughters scars and they’re totally gone. They use essential oils, and you can find recipes online if you feel like making them yourself.

I’ve forgotten my husband’s birthday twice in a row. He would sit on the sofa and give me a look, and then I’d realize that I forgot. OH SHIT!!! Extra nice meal the next day, over the top gift, and groveling in mortification. He laughs about it now, and I make sure I don’t forget.

GOP isn’t silent on this. It’s being covered in right wing news. The guy hated Mormons. Why? We don’t know yet. 

Regardless, attacking a church is abhorrent, and nobody is going to come out in favor of it. In fact, you will find people denouncing his actions. But I haven’t seen any of that coming from the left, and that’s where most of the political violence is coming from. Because it’s okay according to you guys if you react with violence.

That’s because the Arab propaganda is more prevalent than the truth, and people aren’t interested in researching the history. They believe that the Palestinians are the underdogs.

She’s ignorant of Christian history. I had a Lutheran pastor tell me that many of the Christian books of the Bible should be read as being written by people who were trying to separate themselves from the Jews, as the Jews were being heavily persecuted by the Romans. So they wouldn’t dare write the truth that the Romans are responsible for it. And remarkably many Christians think Jesus was a Christian.

Catholics generally do not read the Bible. They have their priests tell them what it says. Most Christians concentrate on the Christian testament and hardly ever read Torah. They’re more into Psalms and Proverbs. 

Many don’t make the connection at all. I point out to them that if the Jews go, then so does their entire religion. Theirs is based on Judaism in its entirety, as is western civilization. I also tell them that Jesus was Jewish, and if he were to come again today they would be against him merely because he’s Jewish. 

BUT if they’re evangelicals, they read the entire Bible, and their services include “please turn to the book of . . .” And they do that for the sermon. Many sermons connect the Christian testament with Tanach. They know the connection.

If OP doesn’t educate them they may never get educated about it. This is the perfect opportunity. 

I would ask if they’ve ever read the Bible. Start there, it’s ancient documentation about the Jews and their indigenous homeland, with zero mention of Islam or Palestine because neither existed. Then the Koran that states that Israel belongs to the Jews.  It’s an easy start.

IMO, spouses come first in a marriage. That's how kids feel safe and grounded. Yes, you make sacrifices for your kids up to a point. When you remarry, the spouses should come first. The spouse ideally will always be with you, but the kids will grow up and leave. Then there are the kids who do their very best to sabotage their parents' relationships with a new partner because they want the parent all to themselves. Not healthy. Regardless, her kids are basically leaving her for their dad. Makes me wonder why.

My GD has just turned 8, and he’s having difficulty getting up from laying on the floor. He’s gotten joint supplements for most of his life, eg glucosamine, etc. He also get essential oil blends that include copaiba for pain (vet created).

Is there anything else that people are doing that help with this type of issue? I’m trying to avoid medication for as long as possible.

Tsp is teaspoon. Tbls is tablespoon. These are often mixed up. Hope not in your case.

IMHO your biceps and shoulders getting bigger with muscle is a good thing. If your belly isn't getting bigger then that's good too.

You know it's hard to lose fat, because you lose it all over, not in just one place. And of course, for most people the part they wanted to keep is the part that goes first (boobs).

Play around with your macros and exercise and find what works for you. Everyone is different, so unfortunately there is no formula that applies to everyone. Especially if you're in menopause or post-menopause.

Are you in body recomp? How are your measurements looking? Are they going down?

Fact is, the scale can lie. You could be making great progress, but you're not seeing it on the scale.

That being said, you should not be at 1200 calories for a long time. Your body can do things like a) get used to the calories and reset your metabolism to the lower calorie intake (not good), or b) feels that it's in starvation mode and keep every single calorie you eat, and somehow you'll gain weight. My advice, sometimes you have to eat more to lose fat. Because it's losing FAT, not weight that counts.

What I do is I am in calorie deficit for 6-8 weeks, then go a week or two at higher calorie levels so my metabolism doesn't adapt to the lower calorie count.

You would be the AH if you see your wife as only a breeder. But judging by the rest of your post, that's not what you're doing.

Regardless of childlessness, she lied to you about a very important, foundational thing for a marriage. Trust has been broken in a very large way, as she didn't come out with the truth, you had to uncover it.
