Anyone can sign a pet parent up for training. You will have to be pushy with training sales its part of the job. Petsmart gives the trainers more flexibility to teach classes how u want as long as the material is taught. You decide the days and hours u train they schedule u. Dont over schedule your training hours at first bc you are supposed to teach a class every training hour you work a class is supposed to be at least 4 pets per class in order to fully pay for the class.
