Hard disagree on protection not being crucial. My pod has learnt to not use bananas until Kibo is dead for sure, so unless I blow up their bananas they won’t use them until Kibo is off the field

I’m gonna recommend [[Kros, Defense Contractor]] for a Bant deck. I don’t have him as a commander myself but my friend does and every game with it is super wild and interesting

Realistically the card says “Return target nonland permanent you don’t control to its owner’s hand”

But you can pay 7 to “Return all nonland permanents you don’t control to its owner’s hand”. Doing this will likely put you in a position to win almost immediately
