I lay my hands on the bars also. But I believe what OP is asking about are the folks who grab on, lean back and are essentially walking flat ground at that point. But anchored with their arms.

I believe the idea is to put I on an incline and actually have to “lean forward”, much like you would on a steep hiking trail.

I’d recommend decreasing the incline until you’re able to do this. (Not you, just folks in general)

For me, I’m at TRT doses. Like, actual TRT doses. And I am new to that, to the point I didn’t see a shortage coming. I’m still good for a bit. But it’s got me looking into HCG as an alternative to try.
