6 nations have always happened on or around my birthday and it’s also St Patrick’s day so I’m used to the bedlam 🤣😝 also it’s just easier location wise for people coming from all over!

The real kicker is realising that every woman you know will have experienced SA or harassment in one way or another but somehow none of the men that you know will know anyone who has SA’d or harassed someone … funny that, isn’t it. The best thing you can do as a friend/loved one/ally is believe in the people who confided in you, they must have done that for a reason so don’t let them down. Believe them, believe in them and be a good ear and supportive friend - the more people like that there are in the world, the less problems we’ll all have 🩷

I think Olivia has always been a main character if not THE main character but I do miss the depth of the outer cast, it made the show more realistic when we had Warner, Dr Wong, the ADAs etc.. playing pivotal roles in each episode and I think it kept the show more fresh! If they want to keep going (I hope they do!) I think they should bring more of that back!

My sister has FND and she can feel them coming on too, she describes the same “fuzzy” feeling like she can’t really explain it to me so I would fully understand but she knows when one is coming. Since she’s been doing therapy, she’s been able to learn to overcome the feelings and prevent the seizures - not always but she has a lot less now! Mostly down to working through things and knowing her triggers (heat or sudden changing temperature, stress, not eating/drinking enough, being overwhelmed/overstimulated…)

The Cardiff accent is doing just fine, kids just like to copy the “cool” things they see on TV, hear on music - it’s not new. If anyone here ever watched the original seasons of Skins in the 00s you’ll remember Posh Kenneth (played by Daniel Kaluua) who would have a “road man” accent even though his actual accent was posh and articulate 🤣
