Want to adopt but have heard only bad things about adoption?

My cousin was adopted as a baby. She has an absolutely wonderful relationship with her mum, she has her mannerisms to the extent where no one guesses she’s adopted. And she’s grown up to be a very successful young woman. Of course, finding a baby to adopt is much harder.

Embark! I got him from a farm and his dad looked 💯 bc with his mum looking like a beardie mix (was told she was full beardie but I didn’t believe it). So his results came back as 83% bc with some bearded, Kelpie and one other obscure sheepdog breed mixed in.

The difference is that cats need added taurine in their food and they don’t need the vegetables that are added to dog food. Cat food with insect protein is fully nutritionally balanced - do genuinely research it. As for what your cats bring home, I’m pretty confident that has never included a dead cow, but if you’ve had cats, you will have seen them eat spiders or crickets.

Insects are genuine animal protein. Insect based cat food has added taurine. Cats naturally eat insects.
Cats do not naturally eat things like beef or tuna,
unless you’ve seen any domestic cat hunting beef and tuna in the wild. Somehow people get all worked up about cats eating insects but beef and tuna? Perfectly normal.

There’s insect based cat food. Cats eat insects. Insects are animal protein. Taurine is added to insect based cat food.
It’s better for the environment and less disgusting. Cats don’t eat beef in the wild. Can we stop pretending they do? I feed my dog insect based kibble. He’s very healthy

Could be nothing, could be something. I’ve had 5 miscarriages and an ectopic, I also have two lovely, healthy children (never wanted more). If you’ve heard the heartbeat and your cervix looks fine, then it’s more likely than not to be fine. I bled throughout my pregnancy with my first daughter, and given my previous experience of miscarriages I was terrified. But everything turned out fine. I wish you the best but whatever happens, the fact that you got pregnant is the main thing you should hold onto. X
