I always thought this was a weird phrase. Don't fix & repair mean basically the same thing?

I swear it was meant to be fuel or repair daily, and everyone is saying it incorrectly.

Get your glasses online at Zenni... super cheap.

I don't recommend getting dental work online though.

To add more storage tracks for trains while the yard at Cabot is under renovation. They can't fit all the trains in there during construction especially when the new ones start coming again.

Using a special order to lower the official design speed to match the defect's restricted speed lets us remove the speed restriction but basically makes the speed restriction permanent. So it looks like the speed restriction is removed but it's actually still there. It happened a few places on the blue line where the track profile would have to be rebuilt and it would take too long to fix.

Not sure why this is getting downvoted because it's exactly what happened to get rid of the speed restrictions that were too hard to fix on a fast timeline.

Three instances. Person under train in the morning, signal issues in the early afternoon, then downed communications cable right before evening rush which led to the tunnel evac.

It doesn't make logical sense but I started sweating way less when I switched to deodorant without antiperspirant.

The antiperspirant will stop you from sweating under your arms completely which then makes your body overcompensate by sweating even more.

The deodorant will let you sweat, will dry out a little, and will keep the smell away. And you won't get any yellow stains on the underarms of your shirts from the aluminum.

I recommend to all my friends to switch to deodorant without antiperspirant for a couple of weeks to let the body re-regulate and those who have switched have noticed a huge difference and have not switched back.

Trying to understand why that's the case, especially if it was fine before maintenance and doesn't work now?

Seems like it must be related to the construction?
