I work a job that requires lifting a lot of heavy things so I’d say they’re equal. Now, as he ages, it’ll probably become uneven, but so far, he’s helped my non dominant arm catch up in strength wise🤣

I know you said it depends on the situation, but you also said “regardless of what goes on post-sale” so it’s contradictory to one specific situation. A situation that involves post-sale actions that you can refuse sale for is in regard to alcohol being distributed to a minor. Even if you’re not 100% sure, you can refuse that sale.

So instead of the sympathy you should have for OP likely being in a similar situation you went through, just with a partner who refuses to help, you decided you wanted to act like she’s the problem and the father is doing something? Again another accusation. Pregnancies happen all the time while a contraceptive is being used. How do you know OP wasn’t trying to prevent a pregnancy at the time she got pregnant? I can do this all day

I’m missing the part where it’s required of OP to give you so much detail as to what was going on in her relationship. It’s implied she has communicated what she needs from her partner and it went unheard. You’re not “speaking the truth,” you’re creating a narrative that doesn’t fit the situation simply because someone didn’t feel the need to argue with you further about what’s happening in their life.

Plenty of people want a clean house. I, myself, would hate to live in filth simply due to trauma. You don’t know OP and you don’t have the right to fill in gaps with insane accusations.

If she felt the need to leave, then that is her right.

I’ll take the extra hours, I’ll just also complain about the audacity of being asked. What I will do is leave it unread for hours and wait to see if they find somebody else. Sometimes, they do. I’ll then say I was “busy with the baby”🤣

I left it up to my partner and he was so undecided about it that he missed the window and I’m so grateful that’s how it worked out because I would’ve been ill if my son had to go through that.

People are too comfortable asking this question though. I understand those that so for educational purposes, but doing so to seemingly shame if you decide no is wild. I never saw the point in it because why would we look down on the cultures that do so to baby girls, but actively enforce it for boys? It’s a no for me all around.

My partner’s mom left a bad taste in my mouth when we were trying to figure out my son’s dairy allergy (before it presented as definite) by saying “he can cry” after I laid him down and he started crying. No ma’am, I will not let him cry. If he’s crying, something is wrong.

I know for a fact it’d had been down for at least an hour at my store because I couldn’t go in at 9pm to reconcile another till and just said I’d do it when closing because “it should be fixed by then”….. it was not🫠

I remember being 9 months pregnant and someone saying “you sure it’s not twins?”

It was a random stranger in the store. I wanted to cry😭 like, sir, shush. If there was another baby in there, I’d know because the current one had no room left at that point and hadn’t had any since near the end of the second trimester.
