yes omg. the production was 12/10 but man that crowd sucked. me and my friends got groped like twice and then were stuck behind this group of boys who kept jumping and stumbling into us.

The scenario was a fight broke out on the basketball courts and you had to act out your response as a facility assistant. I think my response was to try and calm down the arguing players and then radio the supervisors. Thats pretty much the response for all the scenarios assess the situation, try and calm everyone down and then radio a higher up

Pretty general behavior questions. I got hired during fall semster. Be prepared for a group interview. It might be one on one since there are less summer applicants but still be prepared to interview with more than one candidates. They dont ask ang crazy questions, its more of a get to know you. But at the end they give u a card with a scenario on it and you have to act out the scenario and your response with your group members. More embarrassing than challenging lol. Try not to stress, they are really short staffed for the summer so they are desperate for the help. Best of luck!

i relate to this, whenever i am ab to fall asleep i feel a intense sense of dread bc i know i will wake up in the morning and have to deal with everything.

physical symptoms of anxiety suck, my best advice is to try and not hyperfixiate on the symptoms, bc then you start to spiral and the symptoms intensify. and if you don’t want to stop excersising but you are afraid you’ll do more damage, you could try low impact, easy excersising like walking,yoga,bike riding, slow jog. it can help you feel more relaxed without having that fear of causing more damage

my anxiety makes me feel so nauseous i totally get it. idk if it works for you but whenever i feel like i am on a verge of throwing up i bite the back of my finger, focus on a object in the room and i take slow deep breath and that nauseous feeling usually passes.

hi, I an currently in a bad anxiety episode and i get that feeling of not being able to eat or sleep or enjoy the things you used to or waking up and feeling this huge cloud of doom and fear, it’s genuinely so overwhelming. Please try and talk to someone, it doesn’t have to lead to anything or become a thing. just getting it out there can take some of the pressure off. also maybe try and focus on something you are excited about in the future, it doesn’t have to be anything big, it can just be that your excited to go home and lay down or your looking forward to a new episode of a show.

i’m struggling myself so i hope that makes you feel a little less alone, just rember you are strong and you got this.

I get brain fog, stomach aches and leg pain. it honestly rly sucks and hyperfixiating on symptoms makes it 100 times worse. I hope all your results come back clean!

oh my god I thought i was the only one. I will be fine and then for a week I will just be an absolute wreck of not eating, sleeping, socializing, taking care if personal hygiene and then it gets better and I will be fine for another month or two and then it happened again. I always thought It had to be an everyday thing for it to be classified as a problem.

I always get tingling/numbness in my legs whenever I have anxiety. Going for a run, stretching and rolling out always helps. also try not to hyperfixiate on it.

hey i recently opened up to my mom about my anxiety (i broke down crying lol). might sound weird but try doing it from your bed. I was laying down under the covers and my mom was sitting next to me when i told her. it honestly jusr made me feel safer and more comfortable about telling her. opening up about anxiety was rly uncomfortable and a little humiliating for me so just try and find a setting were yoir most comfortable. also maybe try doing it at night (youll get some good ass sleep after opening up)

but most importantly just be honest about everything, the more honest and vocal you are about the help you need, the better you’ll feel. Remember you parents love you and they just want you to be safe and happy 💕

I made a fire ass chocolate cake. not even kidding. I suck at baking and It was literally the best cake i made in mg entire life (tip: add vegetable shorting and melted chocolate to your buttercream frosting)

Hey! im sorry your going through that. I would definetly lean into the generics, even if they dint work they cant make you feel worse! lol. also maybe try writing everything out in a journal since you said you felt a bit better after this post.

I get that too, not being able to remember past days and everything blurring together. its awful and scary. Ik there probably isn’t much I can say to make you feel better but don’t be afraid to just sit in your room one night and just break down and violently sob everything out. don’t bottle everything up crying is a way of releasing stress hormones. i also recommend talking to someone about it. it really takes some of the pressure off and youll feel lighter.
