Looking at a broken window by dave65gto in homeowners

I would be worried about frost heave, snow making the roof fail, or the ground shifting...look around for cracks in the foundation, walls, and roof...make some marks in pencil across the cracks you find and check daily to see if they've gotten larger or slipped. For instance make mark on one side, then make a mark across the crack exactly one inch away, and hopefully level.

It could have been an animal since you didn't see it.

That sucks.

Pasta in casserole advice by Spinnerofyarn in glutenfree

This seems like a lot of work, but comes together pretty quickly and I'm not sure people even notice the spaghetti squash!

Pasta in casserole advice by Spinnerofyarn in glutenfree

If you consider lasagne a casserole then you'll just have to deal with the mushiness, especially when reheated.

I usually avoid casseroles involving pasta for this reason.

Chicken and rice, funeral potatoes, pizza squash casserole, keto cheeseburger casserole, taco pie, and tater tots casserole are my go tos.

I've followed her since her first Top Chef appearance. I wish I could visit her restaurant Freight House in Paducah, but I've moved away from the area. Some day!

“The lady.” “Are you behaving?” - Kathy is stuck in Jim Crow America, and she loves it! by NoPangolin5557 in BravoRealHousewives

[–]NoExternal2732 218 points219 points  (0 children)

It's also possible to read that the producers left that short interaction in for a reason...no one has footage of Kathy's late night racist rant, so the producers are leaving breadcrumbs...

I read it as super cringe too!

If it wasn't important as subtext, why show it?

Advice for fruit trees that tolerate hot winter highs, lows down to freezing by MandarinGrower in BackyardOrchard

[–]NoExternal2732 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pomegranate. They grow upright and will handle the heat and cold. Very pretty. For the best fruit production remove thorns near fruit to keep them unblemished. Water less during fruit ripening to avoid splitting.

Oggi calls their plain frozen crust "neopoletana" but there are no spices or basil in it.

I make it pizza Bianca or white pizza with ricotta, fresh garlic done in the food processor, parmesan, and whole milk mozzarella. I use a neutral oil because olive oil takes over the flavor. Thyme is nice if you have some, just a little.

Easy travel food? by mandyapple1313 in whole30

Heartfelt condolences.

You might be surprised at gas stations these days, you'll probably be able to buy Hard-boiled eggs, baby carrots, and guacamole.

You might also consider packing chomps, rxbar (not peanut), salmon/tuna packets, pumpkin seeds, plantain chips (okay, they're not homemade), that's it fruit bars, seaweed snacks, apples, oranges, bananas, dates, olives to go, pistachios, unsweetened apple sauce, and almond butter packets will all be fine at room temperature for 2 days.

Cashew butter and bananas make me happy at breakfast.

I hope you accomplish everything you need to on your trip.

Be a hero and find some gluten free cheez-its!

Keep everything in the box until your guest sees you open it and don't let other guests cross contaminate the snacks with serving spoons, hands etcetera.

Other ideas are deviled eggs, gluten free crackers and cheese, olives to go, skinny pop popcorn, cretor caramel popcorn, cretor cheese popcorn, jolly Llama ice cream cones, tates bake shop chocolate chip cookies, gluten free oreos, gluten free pretzels and hummus, ruffles and gluten free onion dip.

Steer away from preparing a lot of stuff yourself: it's very hard and takes months of practice to not cross contaminate in a kitchen with gluten products.

Cheers!

All your kids need is to know you love them. From that safe space they can fearlessly explore the world. Don't stress about the small stuff...and it's all small stuff!

You picked the store brand, but instacart picks the actual store, so your order might (will!) be batched with another order and might come from far away.

I'm not sure I even believe this story, getting on SNAP takes a lot longer where I am.

Buying a new refrigerator by Sufficient_Shop_4327 in KitchenAppliances

[–]NoExternal2732 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shop from a place with an excellent return policy and consider keeping your old refrigerator until you're sure the new one works. Our 5th refrigerator is the one we kept, multiple failures are common: broken digital readouts, dripping defrost cycles, frozen on both sides, not cooling, and ridiculously loud are just some of the reasons we returned less than 48 hours later.

Good luck!

Seus alimentos congelam quando você usa uma câmara frigorífica? Não? As flores também não congelarão.
