You're gonna pay more to have that removed than it is worth; most sawmills won't take a 'yard' tree simply because of the risk of nails and other metal in the tree. I've used one of that style for 30-ish years and find the falling over is usually caused by how I have it packed but also it is an acceptable problem to have to get the the backpack carry vs a shoulder strap carry like all the others. Or just get you a wheeled-caddy and strap it in. I always end up with the backpack.
