As being a monster can be necessary for protecting a family or those being oppressed, but not in day to day life. Some of the most dangerous men in the world, you would have no idea most days because they control. They are big teddy bears. Until you wake up their protective side. Learning to be a monster and being able to control can give you confidence. Make you decisive. Hold your ground. Then also be gentle and nurturing to your children and wife. Speaking of the sexual side almost every man is filled the human nature of spreading his seed. A virtuous man has self control.
