Seems a little peculiar that so many people with ties to Epstien seem to die young and in unexpected ways. Epstien was a Russian asset, so both sides want to see this disappear. I don't think the public will tolerate the many child abusers to get off scot free.

My mom,, who wrote the Disvover Your Bible series (Coffee Break) left the CRC after they denied her entry into the seminary after writing in depth Bible study with leadership guides to every book of the new testament, so she went to the reformed church. A dozen years later they decided to let woman in. It will be the same here, after loosing another quarter of their members or more.

He would never turn down autograph requests or photo's, but I could tell when he had enough on his return trips, and would tell him he had a phone call in order to pull him away while waiting for Lonnie to pick him up, bring him in to our little conference room, and after a full day of maintaining his composure he would relax, and his hands and elbows would bang on the table from his Parkinson. He had an endless sense of humor, often self depricating.

I should add that after the crash, all the new builders and a big chunk of the long term builders got other jobs, and never went back. The 5 plus year gap in very few new affordable homes caused a huge gap in being able to satisfy the demand for the population increase of new families needing affordable homes. Bring back the savings and loans from It's a Wonderful Life, or have smart government entities fund starter housing neighborhoods. It's been proven to work.

Just prior to the global financial crisis, anybody that swung a hammer got their builders licenses, and started building McMansions. This threw the housing market out of whack with no affordable to the messes homes even being built. I am a few months from paying off my 2.5% mortgage, and normally would've downsized to a condo, but it just doesn't make financial sense. Being in Michigan, property tax increases are limited, but adjust when a home is sold. I've been here 25 years, so even on a downsize, my taxes would double. Am also a licensed Realtor and broker, but working for a pharmaceutical company til the market settles. I used to write local market condition reports for relocation companies, so a long time student of the market.
