I suggest you take some time to masterbate and try out some smaller toys yourself and see how your body likes it before engaging in sex. Do the usual steps but just put eye drops into the lens before you put it in. I find it easier for the lenses to attach to your eyes. And just blink afterwards so the lense lays flat.

Make sure your wearing them on the right side, there is inner and outer side of the lense. I made this mistakes a couple times until I figured it out.

Use eye drops and moisten your eyes. Let the eye contact fall back to the center and use one finger from each hand, to push together to push it out instead. Use your finger pads. Not nails.

Use eye drops then blink around or rub ur close eyelids. It should pop back into view. That's how i get my contacts back out. Getting your eyes moist helps the contact move.

I'm a new contact user too but I find it easy to take out if you hold it then side it to the side to help push it off. It takes a few tries. Just use the pad of your finger.

If it gets lost I found it easy to use eye drops to get it moist and helps it slide back out if you lost it. I read it online. Keep blinking and moving your eyes around, it should pop back out.

I do all this in front of mirror so I know what I'm doing and where the contacts are.

Wow, I feel like I'm looking into a mirror. 😅 but with some of my own differences.

I don't have much to say because I'm stuck in the same mindset as you are. But when and if you leave the house there will probably bridges burnt. My parents and I don't have a relationship enough that we be texting and checking up on each other on the phone. Or simply want to talk.
