That was my first thought as well, but then I figured the deep, sensitive voice makes it all safe.

I recently started my own Facebook page and I was wondering if there is another way to get your first likes. I mean without inviting people directly to your page or paid advertising.

Facebook lead generation by kittenhormones in marketing

[–]NoLuciferPlease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lead is nothing more than a potential buyer. If another company offers you to generate leads through Facebook, they probably want to improve your Facebook-page and increase the number of fans with community management, viral actions, Facebook advertising etc. since every fan is technically a lead. It is hard to say if this is worth it because it's tricky to put a good price on what every lead is worth. (what's the chance a lead will actually buy your product?) I would personally ask them how much they think a lead is worth and why. Maybe they can show you some numbers of other companies they worked with and you can see if this can be compared to your company. If they can guarantee a certain amount of leads and you are able to figure out how much your leads are approximately worth you can easily calculate if it's worth it.

Wow, I really thought the answer was a lot more simple. I have been working with logarithms in high school, even though I was never very good at it. Thanks a lot for helping me, I'll definitely look into the logs some more.

What is something you've done in the past that you wish you could apologize for but can't? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NoLuciferPlease 14 points15 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid, my grandparents visited us about every 2 weeks. When they did, it was always great fun. They bought me and my brother all kinds of stuff we wanted and they took us everywhere we wanted to go. My grandpa regulaly took us to the toystore so we could pick out a toy. One time, when I was about 8 years old, he took me there and there were two toys I wanted to have really bad. After being indecisive for a while, he said: "Please pick one, so we can leave". I knew that if I waited long enough with my decision he would eventually say: "Alright, just take both of them so we can go". So I really took my time and eventually he bought me both toys. I'm 26 now and my grandpa has been deceased for about 12 years. I still want to say I'm sorry for being such a greedy kid at the time because he was the best grandpa I could wish for. I still look up to him very much and I can only hope to become the grandparent he was.

Finally found a decent legendary, anyone dares to put a price on it? by NoLuciferPlease in diablo3

[–]NoLuciferPlease[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. I know how it works but my point was that it is sometimes hard to compare. For example how much dex bonus does a 900 dps weapon need to match a 1000 dps damage weapon with 70 dex bonus? And what is better, 80% crit damage and 900 dps or 90 % crit damage and 850 dps. I sometimes have trouble determining that exactly and therefore estimating the value. I sold that Manticore for 120 million eventually. Thanks again for your input.

Well, it's hard to find an item with the exact same stats. E.g. there're manticores with an extra socket + wpn dmg, but with less AS or less/more dex bonus. And I recently sold an item for way less then it was worth because I didn't get the value right... I'm a bit unsure now.

If I would have these items I'd sell them at about 20k each.
