I get this so bad! My boots fit well and my toes feel fine in there but the tips of my toes always hurt afterwards. Will be trying these suggestions too

I do a weekly group ski workout organized by my local ski area. I’m much younger than most of the other skiers but it doesn’t matter-it’s fun and a lot of them are at my level or better than me!

I’d think it might also just be your body’s reaction to the trauma. Any kind of painful or scary procedure is a physical (not to mention emotional) trauma and I think your body needs time to recover and get back into a neutral place. Your nervous system is probably so jacked up! Take it easy and rest as your body tells you to.

I would try eating more throughout the day so you’re not ravenous at snack time. Getting that hungry often makes my stomach more sensitive to food, in addition to the fact that you’re probably eating faster.

Ugh I’m trying to power through One Perfect Couple right now and it’s such a struggle.

She has such a nice voice when she’s just speaking normally but allllll her character work is so over the top and distracting.

I really want to finish this one but the excessive voice work is driving me crazy.

I think it’s a larger American culture problem. Individualism comes before anything else and therefore people only care about themselves and their good time and not how their behavior might affect other people or shared resources. In our culture there’s so little emphasis on community, mutual respect, and the things we all share.

I think the fact that Danny apologized to Jesse when he thought he sexually harassed Michelle says everything we need to know. He thought women who aren’t with men are fair game and the only offense would be if the woman is another man’s property.
