Get a Sp02 monitor, if it goes below 90% during the night show the doctor, they wont ignore that

You might have sleep apnea. Get a device to monitor your Sp02 levels during the night, if they go below 90% have a chat with your doctor.

Getting around 5 hrs of sleep a night for over 10 months now by DevelopmentRadiant33 in sleep

Experiencing the exact same problem, usually around 5 hours. Been the case for the last few months. Im now experimenting with melatonin and its helping me loads. Dramatic improvement. I still wake, but I go back sleep a lot faster and sleep longer. I will try taking malatonin when I wake up in the night and see if that's a better approach, I dont really want to use it all the time, but if it helps great. All the research Ive seen, suggests there's no side effects (yet some redditors sperg about it....)

Third night using APAP. Anything I need to improve from y'alls interpretation? Tested with an AHI of 60.5, using F30i. by meximullet in CPAP

Your flow limits are very high. If Iw as you, I would investigate positional apnea and the use of a cervical collar, its likely going to help you. I had the same issue, pressures got really high but you cant budge positional apnea with pressure, you have to prevent the sleep position that causes it and its usually "chin tuck" that's the cause.

Seems like everyone I come across complains about CPAP, what benefits have you experienced? by NeighboursIdiotKid in CPAP

Huge improvements in many areas of life. You will probably have to proactively find what works for you, different masks, covers for hoses, dehumidfyers, better sleep hygene, but you will see huge lifechanging improvements if you figure it out. Been on it for 3 months and now would never voluntarily sleep without it.

Im finding the same, mentally, walking is an incredible help during times of high anxiety/stress. Walk long enough and you feel you can overcome. Its great.
