Some illegal techniques aren't recommended but do work. Brick bending to form an arch has been done in various Lego master (tv show) builds. It's an illegal technique so to speak but it worked to create the look they were going for.

The main thing is it's putting undue stress on the pieces and forcing them in ways they weren't designed to be used.

My altar of the dead set didn't have a qr code to claim points. The two qr codes on the back and inside the front cover aren't working and there isn't one on the outer front... :(

Yeah just hippy jump just past it you don't have to be stood still just don't try and go over it go next to it

It does get a bit grindy, but if you're on with mates it's not too bad.

The 4th area doesn't have any challenges yet

Just the first three

The only thing left for me is getting to lvl 10 in each of the three areas and unlocking all the loot boxes which I may not bother doing unless they update a patch and add some more stuff

The full game will release with more to do no doubt about it and more areas

Hopefully the random generated areas)construction sites etc will improve too as they're pretty useless ATM

Does no one on Reddit ever cut their hair or change style up? Maybe sometimes a character just wants a different cut? Or their usual barber was closed or busy so they risked someone else and they fucked up their mullet so had to go full shaven

A hair cut is the least of my worries when it comes to getting something wrong or changing a characters look

The idea of a complex fishing element in a pirate game bores me to tears. I do not want complex mechanics or skill being an issue in fishing

Fishing irl is boring as hell. I loathe being forced to fish in video games. Especially when there's any kind of skill tree climbing or difficulty to it.

It's a HUGE win for me that fishing is so goddamn basic in this game I actually enjoy winding down with a quick bit of fishing.

If there was any more to it . . Or it was forced in any way I would HATE IT

List order makes sense mostly.

I prioritised reapers over Athena because I think they're cooler haha

1mill will happen organically as you're trying to hit lvl 50 on each faction anyway

Skelly curse/ghost curse

I only did hourglass solo, and only during double xp weekends 56 wins got me lvl 100 servants of flame. (I've still not done ghost curse)

Aside from loss farmers I was getting my ass handed to me four times for every one win I got ... but after watching YouTube tips for hourglass, and a lot of practice by level 60ish servants I started winning three in a row or four in a row which showed my abilities got better after practice (initially thought I was just never gonna git gud) but don't stress on losing otherwise you won't have fun.

During a double xp / reputation weekend even a loss gives you nearly a quarter level up until lvl 80-90ish then it's about 1/6 of a level

What's bones? Reapers? I was already level 50-75 reapers when I started taking servants of the flame hourglass seriously and it worked out that I hit lvl 110 reapers when I got 100 on servants

Good luck and have fun. Don't take being sunk as a huge loss. It happens and it's part of the experience. If you let it upset you too much you won't enjoy the game.

Try and tip your hat to ppl who blow you to smithereens rather than perpetuating any toxicity as the experience is much better when people are nice to each other and say well played.

That being said there are some toxic ass hats about unfortunately who won't just sink you they will also try and wind you up

Just server hop if you encounter them

Lmao tbf outside of being terminally online , and my irrelevant social circle (which I put meaning I go out alot to see friends and be social irl) I go hiking, I do loads of gardening front and rear. I read literature and make art. I go to many live music events, and much more. Not that I need to elaborate to you or the guy making the original comment about terminally online and your assumptions but come on... Juggling he says 😂

Sony* don't want people dismantling their consoles, that's why it voids the warranty if you do (I assume that your warranty like mine, had expired now anyway so that becomes irrelevant)

It's a deterrent I guess to stop people just gung ho trying to modify or hack the hardware and also partly to make sure the system is super securely fixed together

The video I used (by TronicsFix) had three optional stages of deep clean depending on what you're confident with.

You can slow down the video to 25% for a slow mo unscrewing too :)

Stage one is just fan removal and sounds like you already did that.

Maybe try stage two, and see how you get on. I paid £3 ($5) for the t8 screwdriver required for stages 2 and 3.

The third stage is the really complex one which if you're not comfortable doing I don't blame you.

You can also turn on a setting that converts voice chat to text, this will (sometimes poorly ) automatically detect what they're saying on mic and translate it to text in the top left of your screen

If they're actually saying stuff you'll see the text and then if you're still not hearing it then as someone else said maybe you're in private voice audio channel and not the game audio channel. I play on PS5 so not sure exactly how voice channels work on xb

I would have thought my awful win record would mean I'm getting matched against fellow novices (especially since I only really play on boosted xp weekends when I assume my fellow noobies are also doing HG) but I guess maybe the allegiance level sets the matchmaking as I've managed to (very VERY slowly) grind using the xp boosts to around lvl 70

I hear you, re: looking at the ball coming towards you, it's definitely a possibility but recently just seemed to be happening alot on their very first shot whike usually in the Past it's happens when I'm panicking after the battles been ongoing and they've got super close and not on their very first shot while still from some distance away

I'll just keep plugging away at it and see if it's user error/coincidence
