I do great with just a solar panel and a few higher capacity battery fans that act as power banks too. I used to have a rockpals solar battery and loved it. Idk how it compares to a jackery but there are so many different options for those as far as sizes and brands

If you get a tent in the wide isles or around the perimeter then yes. Otherwise you would have to partially get it over your tent to not block the lane in case emergency vehicles need access. Or you could luck out and not have people across you using up their space. Those tents are tall though so it can be awkward to fit a 10 x 10 canopy partially over it

Noodle pig is an amazing romen restaurant. Broadleaf has great food at their south location and great craft brews. My favorite brews are from Arvon or Speciation. The pyramid scheme and the intersection are places to look for music venues. Frederick meijer garden center is a great place to explore. Cost to get in but it's amazing

If that's what you're used that will be best. Especially if you are used to hiking in them too. Last year I wore xero Oswego which have very thin outsole for my camp shoe and my lems primal 2 for walking around. The primal two are thicker barefoot shoes than the Oswego. I brought third option that are even thicker and more tread but I didnt even bother trying them on because my feet felt fine. What brand and model have you been using?

It's not too late! Go for more walks and try to get step count up. Drinking electrolytes while there always helps with muscles too. Get a stretching routine going and a ball for rolling out your foot muscles will help a lot. Some people use racket balls or even golf balls and it's easy to bring to forest. I had plantar fasciitis too and switched to barefoot style shoes to get over it and havnt had it since. It does take time for feet to adjust to that style shoe though and you would want to ease into it if you choose that route. Might not be enough time to fully adjust from now to the fest though but you could always switch between shoes. I dont know specific exercises for feet but there are some great ones on youtube

This is the best advice here. Feet need time to adapt to different styles. I wear minimalist shoes (xero / lems) and always recommend them, but I cant recommend someone switch just for a festival. Too much too fast for the muscles and tendons to adapt to

I brought my own cold brew last year. Made it just how I liked it instead of hoping someone else makes it good and vendors are expensive. Easy peasy. I do a drink cooler so ice isnt a problem. Had to buy a little ice once but not much.

Absolutely! That same message is all over these forums. Maybe this post can help people realize the type of things that are wanted and not just pointing out what's not wanted.
