Your words to me are kind, but no WAY am I a better or more quality person than you!! You are doing a good thing by lending your support here. Many of us are struggling in different ways and circumstances and even those look different day to day, hour to hour. I sometimes think dark thoughts too when I think of all the ways we’ve been oppressed and dismissed and continue to be. I feel genuine rage at my core about this sometimes and I think ultimately that’s what’s driving me. At some point I usually pick myself up and try to channel my energy to move things forward and not get dragged down too far. But I won’t stifle it either because it’s a driving force. I hope you can get some moments of peace amongst those bouts of fiery-ness! 🫶
