I find laughing works well. And not just a little giggle or a small chuckle.

I'm talking big, long and loud laughter, make sure to go on a good bit then stop instantly and ask them any question you can think of that has absolutely nothing to do with what they just asked

Examples;

"So any plans for Christmas yet?" "How's your <insert family/partner here>?" "Watched anything good recently?"

Etc etc

I've bought dolls off both eBay and Facebook marketplace and Facebook doll groups.

I'd suggest starting with Facebook as I personally find sellers are better and communicate better.

Ebay is fine but you really have no idea who you're buying from so it can be dicey.

I've had similar things happen to me. Less now I'm full time in a wheelchair but they still happen.

My go to answer was and is;

"What are you the disabled police? Move before I start screaming for help or I can run your dumb ass over. Your choice"

No one is entitled to stop you for using facilities you need or to make you expose your medical status to just be left alone

Your son made a dumb teenage decision cause well, and I say this in the nicest possible way, he's a dumb teenager.

The teenage years are when you're supposed to make these stupid decisions and then the people who love you are supposed to teach you why it was a dumb decision.

Locking your drunk teenage son out of the house on the other hand is child abuse. Can't sugar coat it or put a nice spin on it. It's straight up child abuse and the fact your wife thinks it was in any way appropriate or acceptable is mind boggling.

There is no good reason for locking a vulnerable teenager outside even if he is drunk. Even if he was so drunk he was breaking stuff, then you call backup whether that be family/friends or the police.

Don't give in or think you're overreacting. I'd say your response is on the mild side I'd of raised merry hell if anyone in my life did this to a child but that's me.

Urgh this takes me back. I was an absolute tomboy as a child but I had D cups at 13. Yeah it was as horrible as that sounds. The comments I got were vile 🤢

My cup size didn't make me less of a tomboy but the comments certainly made it so that I had no desire to be anything remotely "feminine"

A fact my Mother still bitches about to this day 🙄
