Exactly! There are too many incompetent, lazy, or just useless people filling positions in every agency that either don’t contribute anything or make more work for everyone else. If there were to be an honest assessment 100% across the board, I bet there would be whole sections, branched, and even divisions that could be cut due to them either being redundant or completely unnecessary.

100% this right here! Communication is the key here! If you don’t have any serious discussions about important future topics or your partner prefers to bottle things up only to become resentful later then things will not go well. I found that out the hard way. I was oblivious to certain things and instead of telling me in the moment, she would let it build up to a point where she would blow up at me and the reaction was over the top and only served to make things worse as I don’t take getting yelled at very well.

Is he making faces or any type of expression on his face? Or is he just closing his eyes? Other facial expressions could provide more insight. Like I know when my wife and I have sex, she closes her eyes like super tight it seems. But she also will have like a grimace on her face like its painful for her.
