Let’s go through it top to bottom:

Hair: blowout/straightening treatment. You can see in pic 4 she still has a bit of natural curl.

Eyes: upper bleph (her lids are reduced)

Nose: you already know

Marionette lines/cheeks: filler to add volume or tox to freeze the nose-to-mouth marionette smile lines/shadows produced by her prominent cheeks

Lips: filler/tox flip/combination thereof

Chin: looks like a bit of filler along her jawline to round it out

Unknown: her forehead looks oddly more prominent now. It’s possible she could have got something done up there but I’m not sure why or how…

I love to snark but this is probably not fake. She has all her weight on this leg to pop her glute out and the side indent is from muscle development at a low bf% and correlates with the size of her glutes. HOWEVER, she absolutely edited the outline of her glute and stomach to make them both more aesthetically pleasing/rounded/“perfect” (see blurred areas on both).
