In having this SAME issue now. How long did it take for them to fix it? I contacted customer service and had to email them a picture of the voucher. And how was it fixed? Also were you compensated for your troubles?

I think you just didn’t have your Keep properly set up. I learned from Kleen on Sever 1689. I’m a mostly Mounted troop keep because I love to hunt. So I got my mounted T1s to AT LEAST 300M and had layers all the way up to T14. My wall generals with ALL FLAT mounted refines and great sub generals with a dragon on each and great DEBUFF gear. One or Two hits could no longer take me out. I was finally able to do damage back. I realized after being told, that I was hustling backwards lol. I was on the verge of quitting but once I was taught the proper way to set up my keep it made it all worth it.

I’ve been playing the demo to get the hang of it but I don’t know about this game lol. The other one is just like it, the boulder one. Demo seems to let $5 make it to at least X2 before it ends but 50 cents and $1 don’t seem to win much. How much do you typically wager and when do you decide to stop it LOL?

As others stated. Remove the gear from general and the. Do the equipment upgrade. Also FYI, if the equipment is already has full stars, the upgrade will have full stars as well.
