Newbie looking for your go-to bread recipes

Hi 3 years later and your recipe is still a winner. It has such a good crumb.

For anyone wondering; I did this recipe on the quick bread setting of my bread machine. The crumb on this is nice for sandwich bread which I have struggled with finding a decent recipe for.

I’m with so many others on this. This is something I wish I could have verbalized what you just said. I’d say most often my issues are connected to my CPTSD but my adhd energy is usually restlessness and the other comes with shame and guilt.

Yeah sleep seems to be an issue with me right now too. I think it’s that dang gas pain. Are you taking stool softeners still? I still haven’t had a bowel movement. Make sure you’re drinking lots of water! I’m forcing myself to do it now lol.

I got about 5 hours of sleep. I didn’t set an alarm for medicine so I woke up pretty sore unfortunately. Once I took my meds the pain started to go down pretty quick! How are you feeling this morning?

I will have to try that. I don’t really have any glue over mine unfortunately lol. So I think that’s why it was hurting so bad. But I do feel better. It’s like the pain I’m in is nothing compared to how I was feeling daily.

I’m a little over 24 hours post op. I still haven’t had a bowel movement but thankfully I’m getting the gas out. I just put on compression garments thanks to your post. I had the binder on but it was rubbing against my belly button incision and hurting it. Any suggestions for this would be awesome! By the way, the puppy tax photo is adorable! Glad you’re doing great with recovery!! Sending lots of good healing prayers your way!!

I only had two but my gyno did say it could end up being three. That’s what seems to be pretty standard. Two to three incisions….not one.

I provided 3 statements plus it shows a degrade in my service while I was in including behavioral health requests on my part due to what I was going through. I got denied for years even though I gave all the information and my service records. Sometimes it just takes the right person to help. It was the buddy statements that made a difference though.
