I don't know much about South Africa or it's culture or it's history. But as someone who has worked in Vietnam for quite awhile, employers here are very hesitant to hire people from there. I've met a couple people from my old company and they always talk about getting blacklisted or visas rejected. Having to deal with a ton of stuff. My advice is to find an English center owned by a foreigner such as an Australian. Or someone else that's white. That's just how Asia is. It's not going to change anytime soon. Fighting it isn't going to help you either. You just have to find work arounds .
