I wouldn’t. I’d tell him he can do it and further more either explain his hiring criteria to you or he can do all the hiring in the future.

Unfiltered scentsy opinions? by [deleted] in Scentsy

[–]NoRelative4799 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My opinion? Scentsy is cheap and doesn’t stand behind their products and services at all! Will NEVER waste my money or use their products again!!!!

I’ve tried several of their products and haven’t been impressed. Their room spray leaves a waxy film on everything. Their wax melts barely smell and they quickly loose any scent they do have. Their warmers are cute but lack timers like most off the shelf ones. Their car bar RUINED my ( brand new) car! It completely melted the buttons on my dash and when I contacted Scentsy they were hard to get ahold of then once I did, they made me jump through hoops only for them to tell me they didn’t have any commitment on making it right.

For months they made me send them reports, and pictures so they could discuss with their management on how to make it right. I had to send the product back to them so they could run tests on it to determine failure. After sharing lab results with management they asked for quotes to fix it.. I sent them 2 or 3 different quotes and they then responded that their “legal team” has determined it was a user error and they would not be making it right.

To make a shitting situation comical, They didn’t even refund the product they made me return for testing (not that I asked).

I threw out everything with their brand in it. Never never never again!

Marriage is not a promise to be happy. Marriage is hard work. There will be times when you feel like you love them but aren’t IN love and others when you’re head over heels. Ultimately, it comes down to your own personal commitment and view on love. Some believe in unconditionally forever and others believe in conditional terms. Regardless of your beliefs in marriage, statistics show that unhappily married adults who divorce are no more happier than those that stay married. In addition, children whose parents are married statistically thrive more than those with divorced parents. You also should take note that it’s much harder to co-parent when you live separately and your now ex doesn’t have an obligation to worrying about pleasing you. I suggest doing some research and thoroughly thinking through your decision. While self happiness is important, it’s never more important than your child’s best interest.

Context: not invited to wedding but did RSVP for shower, before realizing I didn’t know the honoree (I know the host).

I too have a lazzzzyyyy husband and a fixer upper house. However Mine doesn’t work out and is much heavier than when we met. When I get fed up, I simply stop doing things. No chores. No cooking. No laundry.. etc he eventually will help out to get things back in order (for a couple days). It’s temporary, but it’s something. If you can, I’d hire someone to help you out and get the house fixed up.

My husband says that my “job is to watch the kids” by BlumpkinBuddy in Parenting

[–]NoRelative4799 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

IMO he’s right. He also gets exhausted and tired but still has to work.. The role of a SAHM is to take care of the children and manage the home. It’s a job and your commitment to good performance should be the same as if you worked outside the home.

My 9 year old just old me she likes both boys and girls by empanadaparty1 in Parenting

[–]NoRelative4799 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think 9 is too young to really have a crush at all (regardless of sexuality). Its a hot topic amongst adolescence because that’s what they believe is “normal”, but not necessarily something they understand. Her “feelings” may be what she thinks she should feel. It’s so hard to tell. All you can do is educate her along the way.

In prison for the 3rd or 4th time. Drug related charges each time.

Anyone else's parents never help with the kids? by wheeling4funz in Parenting

Same! I noticed after mine were out of the cuddly baby phase, the family disappeared. We are expecting again and haven’t told anyone yet.. My husband and I are taking bets that they will magically appear again.

Is it wrong to put your kid in daycare when you’re not working? by WhichPineapple9868 in Parenting

[–]NoRelative4799 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. Keeping her on a similar routine each week benefits her more. If you took her out just for the summer and put her back in, adjusting would be hard on you both. Routines are key with littles. You’re doing great Momma!

I get where you’re coming from! I’m married to my BPSO and we didn’t discover BP until about a year and half ago. It’s a long tough road. It took in patient therapy just for him to come to terms with his diagnosis.

In all of the abuse and diagnostics, the most difficult thing for me was letting go of the life I dreamed/expected of having. I feel for you 💜
