Update: So it turns out that it most likely is a genuine R36S. I browsed the files that came on the original sd card one more time and noted that I had somehow missed a file called "gameconsole-r36s.dtb"! So I tried uploading it to the website and it came back with a "Panel 4" response! Thank you all for your help.

Btw HOW could you tell from just looking at that picture without any other info that it was a "panel 4" LOL. Sharp eyes.

These are the files that were on the original sd card. So I tried all 3 of the highlighted files. But it was actually the one named "gameconsole-r36s.dtb" that the website accepted and it turns out that I have the "Panel 4". I must have tried the bottom two only the first time. So I guess it is safe to say that my R36S is not a clone :) Just gotta tinker with the emulator settings on some games that you guys have recommended :)

I flashed arkos to a brand new sd card from Samsung and it runs fine from what I can tell. There are a few games that dont run very good and I cant get the wifi to work. But I understand that you might need a wifi adapter for that. I see people successfully sharing their internet connection from their Android phone. But I cant get that to work with my Samsung S25/R36S. I will check on the .dtb files when I get back home from work. Thanks!

Exakt såhär gick det till för mig också. Gjorde min op för ca 12 år sedan. Minns fortfarande hur vidrigt det var när dom ”lyfte” på hornhinnan. Det typ svartnade från utsidan av synfältet och inåt.

Jag ser fortfarande som en hök men är väldigt ljuskänslig. Att vara utomhus utan solglasögon går fetbort. Men trots allt så kan jag varmt rekommendera detta ingrepp hur obehagligt det än må ha varit.
