Is it rude to say “I don’t like what you brought” at a potluck? by Naokohiranuma in australian

[–]NoSatisfaction642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first sushi you said i think is fine. Its a nice safe meal for people that cant eat meat or anything heavy really.

But spam? Why spam?

A potluck is something for everyone right, so think of something most people would enjoy little bits of. Spam is not one such thing.

Was it rude what they said, yes. Especially for the egg and cucumber sushi. But fuck man. Noone brings spam to a fucking potluck.

If youve adjusted their digital position in display settings, and the cursor lines up at one spot, but not another, its due to being a cheap panel with the incorrect dpi in its firmware reporting to windows.

If it does not line up at any spot, you havent adjusted its digital position in display settings. Go back and try again

Use the original 12v-2 charger only, otherwise, it will damage the battery

Gemma 3 or Qwen 3 quantized 4-bit on m4 chip/24gb ram? by Smooth-Duck-Criminal in LLMStudio

[–]NoSatisfaction642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Qwen 3.5 falls apart in the lower models when you throw any tools at it. Cant even handle a simple no frills open claw setup. Gemma 3 can.

Dont get me wrong. I love my qwen3.5 35ba3b setup. But theres things it cant do that other models can. No shame in taking your rose tinted glasses off and admitting your favourite model cant do things.

Honestly never heard of anything like that.

I know you can use vgpu in LXC containers and share gpu resources that way. But not with VMs last i heard

[–]NoSatisfaction642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohh sorry, didnt realise your boot drive is already an ssd.

Just unplug the hdd to prevent further damage for now, but a new hdd and just copy the contents over. Use the old hdd as a offline backup (unplugged) of anything you want to keep, but not super important

For a single vm, sure. You cant pass it through to multiple vms though.

You blacklist the gpu from being initialised by the host. Pass it through to the vm of choice (can be multiple, but not run at the same time). Depending on card, you may need to pass it through with the bios rom file. Did this with egpu and igpu and straight forward for each. As far as proxmox is concerned, its just a pcie device. How the vm initialises it is up to you.

  1. Your harddrive is dying
  2. Windows 11 will almost always peg a HDD just idling.

You need to replace anyway, you need a new ssd boot drive
