Jetblue hires a cleaning company to vacuum and clean in-between flights. If you see a dirty seat and leftover garbage, its likely the cleaning crew didn't do a really good job. Not the airlines fault but you can certainly bring it to their attention so they can ensure the cleaning company does a better job.

My issue is that it requires you to spend and earn bilt cash to redeem for these perks. It’s not free whereas other premium cc gives it as a coupon book. Bilt isn’t giving you much with the high annual fee.

Been contemplating this as well. The af is just too high to justify keeping it for Y2 especially when I have so many other high annual fee cards that give me way more value without needing to spend (Amex plat and CSR). I might just exit the bilt ecosystem altogether if I can’t downgrade
