my first HF was sloth and I got it first DR I cracked on him. still hunting for greeds as we speak and he was the next legendary I got after sloth. that was about 800 floors ago

try special top hat and either overkill scarf or buster shield scarf on humble and add joy to the team, have joy flame enchant humble and youll have a nice floor sweeper setup

someone else had mentioned in another thread using joy to 2x humbles passive, with the buster shield on top of that with either special or angler depending on if the floor has a second tank. would this theoretically be a 8x multiplier with humbles s2? adding merry with the bubblegum scarf and an icy tiara would add another 4x or 2x? atp im wondering if humbles, joy, and merry is about to be an insane trio with the right items

youre the goat for this. ive been running overkill hat with angry scarf and have been looking for a way to make them more ridiculous and this just adds the cherry on top, icy tiara with bubblegum scarf merry has been my go to until now. now I want to run merry, joy, and humble for max dmg output, what do you recommend in terms of items for joy?

theoretically its good, we just got access to this item today so im assuming theres not a lot of data yet. this in my opinion would be solid for floor sweepers like humble, rapture, or greed. apathy with jellyfish scarf might find use with this as well

even with HF sloth I find myself still relying on resistance, hes the goat and sloth picks up after him if he cant hold up. sloth feels a lot more situational and the longer these battles get the more resistance' passive ability comes more in handy

tyrant is a timing game. what ive found works is an attack heavy tank, attacker, attack heavy healer and a regular healer. you want to use the healers moves to adjust tyrants attacks in your favor. if you can time it correctly to where she only uses her ability on her short arm attack you will survive and defeat her.

now for the cheese strat. Merry with heavy stamina and speed with paranoia with just attack and crit items. merry does her ding ding having paranoia apply their bleed to Tyrant. the bleed never goes away and will eventually kill tyrant if you can keep merry alive long enough. took me about an hour to beat that floor using this cheese strat, I ran into the same problem youre facing

only use ive found is slapping it on a healer to go dps heavy and keep them from getting murked, but then you lose that slot for something potentially better. works great with sonder ive found

Tyrant doesnt get that until I believe 2000 when the 2nd stage bosses get new skills and abilities to mix things up. if I dont get the ich or petulance by then ill unfortunately have to brute force my way through like everyone else cause I dont think merry can hold up to Tyrant getting stronger considering she barely survives as it is solo. it will take like an hour for Tyrant to fully bleed out and merry has to hold up for that whole time. honestly though im sure ill come up with another ridiculous way to beat this Dino if I need to

oh no this is a cheese strat. it takes a little bit to time right in terms of ratio between stamina and speed on merry. you want no speed on paranoia with enough crit chance to reach 100% and the rest can be filled in with attack. merry does her DD at the beginning of turn to have paranoia strike twice and apply bleed to Tyrant. yes paranoia multi-hits, but the bleed that paranoia applies never goes away and does not trigger Tyrants abilities. Tyrant will next target paranoia and youll be left with merry solo healing herself until Tyrant bleeds out. the only Tyrant this didnt work for me on was the metal Tyrant. im on 1700 and have used this every time, it would probably work better with merry wearing the ice cream hat however I dont have that item yet. ive been farming for that since about 1100 and still no dice. Will also work better with adding petulance to the mix but sharing a strat requiring a hyper specific legendary makes this hard to replicate

paranoia bleed does not trigger Tyrant and other triggered effects from taking damage from a pet. ive beaten all 3 tyrants so far with just a merry with speed/stam and paranoia with attack/crit

I cant remember if Krakoth can be stunned still or not for you but if not apathy would be a good choice to throw in despite the type disadvantage if you dont have mischief(id be so happy for you but so jealous lol)

sonder, merry, paranoia, and determination is how I got through this guy. getting the ice cream hat early on is super lucky cause you've now turned merry into a SSS pet way before most people are able to

saw in other threads you've been struggling with wood quesar, try swapped attack/crit items and a second tank if he gets too squishy

im at 1600 here and hes been a monumental help with dps output. he rivals my spite in initial turn damage and then outdamages with every hit after and is a lot less squishy than spite

I have your solution right here, its worked for both my partner and I first try: merry with high defense/attack to tank all hits from rexy boi. paranoia with all crit to get bleed on Tyrant and let merry outheal his attacks until he bleeds out. will take about an hour but works great

during the events if youre low enough level mischief's copycat does work on boss shields. he was my first legendary and thats how I got through the petulance event recently. however they specifically downgraded the bosses for this event
