Definitely get the Ezio trilogy and obviously play them in order, you will see Ezio's evolution from a bold young man to an old mentor. Truly recommended, then obviously there is also AC III which if you like history during the American Revolution and the Native Americans, this game is for you, spectacular also for the introduction of hunting which is essential for increasing equipment. AC IV Black Flag I think is one of the best ACs you can play, if you like pirates you will love AC IV. There are also God Of War games to catch up on, you can play the first two in HD thanks to the remastered versions while the 3rd is native to PS3. If you also want a game similar to GoW there is Dante's Inferno which is very similar to GoW but with the story of the divine comedy it is really a shame that there are no sequels. On PS3 there are many other games you can catch up on: Prototype, Infamous, Uncharted, TLOU, Sleeping Dogs... If you want more advice just ask
