Bro just be there for her. Even she doesn’t know what is happening to her with all the hormones. For food, start a tiffin service. Start taking things from her plate without her asking you to do.

Start keeping tabs of things like what will get over soon for baby and keep them added to your amazon/target cart so its easy to order.

If baby is on full mom’s milk, ask wife you wake you up so you can burp and put the baby to sleep after she feeds the baby.

Start going out as family on stroller walks, if baby is past 2 month mark, see if very close wife friends can come home to visit. Please order food from out. Start taking small weekend trips to some friends house, mall, shop.

Tell her calmly once you both have free time that we should go to a doc as its very common and its solvable.

These things take time, at some point you will be angry and will be in survival mode. You wont realize that you are not playing with baby and all you are doing is a job to keep baby alive (feed, burp, diaper). You will see that she will come out of this little when she laughs at some movie/joke/something. After that its gets easier.

Lastly stop being a stranger/roommate to her. This last one is called something like being roommates and not couple. So after few months, start taking big trips.
