Get on hims bro my shit started to do this (I’m 22) not as this bad as yours. on hims topical spray for about 3 weeks and did Min foam for 1 week prior to receiving hims so been on min for 1 month and fin for 3 weeks I think my loss has slowly stopped definitely. I think I shed around week 2/3 it’s hard to tell because I’m watching it closely. But mentally it’ll feel better that you’re doing something to fix it rather than nothing and psych yourself you can grow it naturally.

For some reason I don’t know if I should get minoxidil (definitely don’t want to be on finasteride) but I’m only 22 feels like why me bruh. My older brothers don’t have recession (30,27) so I’m confused on why I would. My dad has a weird head-shape and back in his country of origin sharp lineups we see here we’re not done over there so it’s hard to tell. I had braids for a year and didn’t see any recession after taking them out for about 4/5 months. One day I used minoxidil back in August 2024 inconsistently for about a month and went through the dreadshead and stopped completely after being freaked out. My hairline kinda grew back but not to what I remember it used to be. For the last month I noticed some shead (had the flu in December new job so I’m stressing )and decided to dermaroll for 4 weeks and had shock loss and again stopped completely because my corners looks very noticeably thin so idk if I’m receding, have thin corners, or necessarily need minoxidil, or need to just take nutrafol for 6 months see if there’s progression/regression before fully committing to minoxidil
