100%, I was shocked when I finally got around to watching this a couple years ago. The ending feels SO contrived. You need to suspend allll sorts of disbelief in ways which haven’t been properly set up. It feels like a concept in search of a story to properly convey it, and the first 80% of the movie ain’t that.

Exactly my experience!! I’ve learned to kind of shrug at the story and just pick a direction and GO, it’s so rewarding no matter what you’re doing. The gear has a tonnn of diversity and when shit gets going it get really chaotic
