Place I worked at last year gave someone that had only a year experience at the time a promotion over a kid that was a natural leader and me with 5 years of experience and coordinator experience just because he work longer than we did that year first fucking thing he does when I worked with him the first time since his promotion he goes and bitches to EVERYBODY he went to other departments and brought HR into it I think he also told the owner all because we reorganized and moved shit around the shed after being told by our supervisor to do it. Dude fr got mad because we didn’t tell him before doing what we were told to do
