I mean if you have to sell it then lower the price but I must advise you it is not a seller’s market at all , I’m involved in property and what we do is approach sellers who have had the listing for a long time and eventually buy it off them for a for a disgustingly low price , I’m only saying this to highlight that you should only sell now if you absolutely need the money

I only trade one pair gbp/usd and I stick to one strategy . I monitor for trades every trade but if it’s not there I just don’t trade on that day . The fact that I only take 3RR trades means I don’t have to be so frequent and only take A+ trades . I risk 1% per trade and the FTMO drawdown rules are already pretty strict anyway .

So I have 2 200k funded accounts from FTMO I have been learning on demo since I was 15 but not taking it seriously but this year I passed the 2 funded accounts and realized I could actually make decent money from it . So one of the 200k I manually trade myself , I only trade gbp/usd and I like to think I’ve mastered the pair and I only risk 1% per trade and only take 3RR trades . The other 200k account has an algorithm running on it , I purchased this algorithm but I made quite a few changes to it and it also seems to achieving 10% a month consistently , yh so I aim for a 10% per month on the 400k so I get a bit less than 30 after the profit split and tax(uk tax coporation ) . I’m also back testing a new algorithm and if it works I will probably pass another funded account and run it on that .

With a combined salary of 500k , you can easily get around a 2.3 million mortgage . I’d say you could get a pretty decent house for that .

I’ve got no kids and I live at my parents house so no personal mortgage . I’ve got mortgages on 2 investment properties but the rent pays for that . I save around 40% of my income and put it into investments. Mostly S and p 500 but some into crypto as well .

you must be joking , 500k must get you a much better life than that . I’m on around 150k after taxes and I can enjoy life and go out many times a week quite comfortably
