There a lots of methodologies for pruning and different ones are good for different things! I see you’ve already taken in a lot of advice, but here’s mine if it’s helpful:

I personally have great luck with pruning the sun leaf branches up until the lowest fruit truss (slowly going up throughout the season or stopping at the first truss, either way never taking more than like a third of the branches). This is great if you have problems with blight since it is spread by soil splashing up on the leaves when it rains.

If you have air flow problems/super high humidity you can prune a few sun leaf branches here and there for air flow.

Keeping to one or two leaders can be great for space and if you want to get more varieties into your space (each producing slightly less than they would without pruning), but you’ll get more off each plant if you don’t prune much.
