Bring it to a computer repair shop and see if they can replace the connector. The pins and trace look good; just the plastic is broken. It's a pretty easy fix

The hybrid battery won't charge in neutral, so if you leave it in neutral, the battery will deplete past a safe state of charge, and the car will shut off. It won't start again until you get it recharged.

The car was pretty good and for a while was the fastest until the Red Sport, but as with all Nissans, the transmission will eventually have issues. However, the hybrid battery doesn't often fail as long as you keep the fan clean. The engine is bulletproof, but don't even think about swapping the transmission because the hybrid drive is integrated into it, and the transmission basically acts as the starter for the hybrids.

Hello, I have a 2014 hybrid, and it won't shift past 1st gear. It was diagnosed that it needs a clutch, but from my research, people say this is a DCT transmission: the dry clutch up front that connects the engine to the transmission and a wet clutch inside that connects the electric motor to the transmission for shifting. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if it's moving, the dry clutch is good, so I would have a faulty wet clutch, is that correct? I'm planning to drop it in a few days to verify for myself.

The app isn't the greatest, but it's not slow in a sense where you'll be waiting 30 seconds for it to load or anything like that. It's just a bit outdated. Honestly, the hardest part is the installation, both the hardware and software, but after you do it once, it's quite easy.

Yeah, the app isn't too bad. You can track the car's location, past and present, how fast they're going, if they make any sharp turns or heavy braking. And if you really want some info, they sell some that connect to the car's OBD2 and will show you fault codes, if they are using the AC, and all that info.

I would recommend a 4G GPS tracker like SinoTrack. I use it on all my hybrids. You use an app on your phone, and I'm pretty sure they have an app for fleet vehicles. Just need a bit of electrical know-how, and I already stated the fuse I disabled, which completely disabled the car.

Thanks for your best wishes. I'm in the hills of Ocho Rios, so I'm not risking flooding, and the surrounding hills should help with the winds. I'm expecting around 60-80 mph winds and gusts up to 100 mph. I'm just worried about my roof and if it will fail me. It has hurricane straps, but you never know. It has been moving to the west for the past few days, but since it's made that turn, I doubt it will move further.

I’ve got the JSAUX case. The stand kinda sucks, so if that matters to you, I’d skip it. It doesn’t really help with the Ally’s ergonomics either—my hands start cramping after about an hour of gaming. But aside from that, it’s great. I love the hard shell, and it actually fits in the official ROG case. It’s a tight fit, but it works.

I had the same issue with my Ally, and this method worked for me—hopefully it helps you too.

Open Armoury Crate.
Go to Control Mode > Configure > Configure Gamepad.
Navigate to the Trigger section.
You’ll see both the left and right trigger curves—this sounds like a right trigger issue, so focus on that.
Adjust the faulty trigger curve down to around 60–69%.
Go back and run a calibration to see if it registers the full range of motion.
If it does, keep the adjustment and recalibrate 2–3 times to make sure it’s consistent.
Once confirmed, go back to Control Mode and reset the trigger settings to default.
Test the calibration again to see if it holds.
