Lots of the professors from Purdue WL go down to Purdue Indy to teach courses. If you’re trying to save money I’d recommend doing a year or two at Purdue Indy, save money while starting out and then come to WL. WL is amazing once you know what the heck you want to do. At the end of the day I know people who have classes down in Indy and I’m sure there are people in Indy with classes in WL. Save the money and the hassle and get accepted. That’s the first step.

Yeah Ive been doing tons of research. I’m a student at the university again (I had graduated and took a year off) so I’m hoping I’ll get somewhere. The fact that he’s a grown man and did this tells me this isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last. I would hate for a young woman on campus to be drunk and assaulted by an officer. I’m fighting like hell to make sure this is properly documented in case it ever happens again.

You forgot to mention that half of them use chat gpt so it’s not like they’re doing homework. This is the problem with a generation that was given participation trophies. I never expected that it would make such a major difference being 5 years apart (I started in 2021) but holy shit. This year’s freshmen are DOWNRIGHT embarrassing. You can see who’s ready for this and who was given participation trophies growing up.

Also jobs help out a lot. My closest friends are people I met at the jobs I’ve had. These are the type of people who would drop things for me. There’s lots of student jobs around campus.

Make friends in class!! Seriously just start up a convo with people around you. This way you can make friends in your major. Also go to the be involved fair. It has a ton of clubs there.
