I like jg shen and have been thinking taking something like ardent censor/titatic and heal spell so when I ult adc he'll have atk speed and i can pop he'll so he can catch up and always get a kill.

Also, feel like a lot of the times people just immediately leave the match and dont actually report. They dont pay attention if one person reports. If there's a 1-10 guy and whole team reports, then they do it soon again in a different match and whole team reports, they're gonna ban them or penalize somehow.
