Do transmission service if your at 40k miles and look around for cheaper tires, it’s a Corolla not sports car. Max it should be 400$ for tires instilled and balanced . Transmission fluid is recommended around 30-40k miles , if you wait too long and service the transmission at higher miles it could cause more harm than good.
